FRRPD Staff

General Manager Apryl Ramage

I consider myself a local as I have lived in Oroville most of my life, attending preschool, grade school, junior high school and high school in Oroville. I have been employed by several Oroville businesses in the past and have built strong relationships with many of the business owners. I have been happily married to my husband Randy of 26 years. We have two amazing children now grown and moved on to begin their adult lives and two fur children. As our children have grown up in Oroville we stayed involved in the local youth programs, depending on what their interest were at the time.I am proud to have been an employee of FRRPD since 2013 and appointed as the General Manager in 2015. I enjoy forward thinking to develop the future of Parks and Recreation in our District.

Executive Assistant Victoria Anton

I was born in Oroville, CA and raised by a family that loves to be active outdoors. My childhood consisted of fishing, hunting, camping, and weekends on our houseboat. After graduating from Oroville High School, I followed my dreams of traveling and took advantage of opportunities away from the small town where grew up. Some of those opportunities included volunteer work, college, and internships. After many memorable adventures, I decided to return to Butte County to finish my degree and pursue a career. Upon moving back to Oroville, I met my best friend and husband and we purchased our first home. Over the years, I have worked for many locally owned businesses and continue to volunteer for non-profit organizations. I take pride in serving our community and I am so grateful to be a part of the FRRPD team.
“Butte County is full of natural beauty and caring people; there’s nowhere else I’d rather call home.”

Marketing Specialist Chris Gunn

I have just recently moved here to the Oroville area in June 2017, from Stockton Ca. I have worked with children in a variety of capacities for the last 10 years, most recently as a Para Educator at Lodi Unified School District as well as working as a Customer Service Manager at GymStars Gymnastics in Stockton. While I am new to the Marketing arena, I believe my past experience will make this a perfect fit. When I’m not at work, I am usually spending time with my 5 cats, 2 dogs and any wild animal I can attract. I love nature and being outdoors, when its not too hot! I am so happy to be a part of the FRRPD team and to have the opportunity to plan events and market for our community.

Here is one my favorite quotes:
“Those who educate children well are more to be honored than they who produce them; for these only gave them life, those the art of living well”  – Aristotle
