Interested in joining community members for helpful group discussions? Do you seek personal enrichment, lifelong learning and community connection? This program encourages and empowers participants in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere.

Topics and themes include:
Resiliency and aging, health promotion, self-improvement, mindful living, attitudinal healing principles, life changes, self-empowerment,self-advocacy, community resources and more.

University of Life Development Statement
Lynndee offers the University of Life from her 40+ years of experience, training and certifications in social services, health promotion, self-help disciplines and resource development. UOL is community-based and is a way to empower and encourage participants. Each session is a stand-alone program. The purpose is to provide opportunities for individuals to enhance their quality of life and community connection. There is un-awakened potential in each of us that can be tapped creating joy, usefulness, purpose and a fuller sense of well-being. Welcome all!
