Nelson Pool will be open July 4th from 1:15-4:15pm.

It’s going to be a hot one this summer, Oroville! The pool is not yet open for the 2024 season, however FRRPD staff has been busy working to hire and train aquatic staff to be available to provide a safe and enjoyable summer swim season.

Whether you are looking to get some light aerobic exercise in our Adult Aqua Fitness class, learning the building blocks during our Swim Lessons, or cooling off from the heat during our public swim, FRRPD has something for you! Explore below to see the aquatics programs offered in the upcoming season.

Please note that only Coast Guard-approved floatation devices are approved for use at Nelson Pool.
